1973 Handy Dandy Automatic Battery Operated Shoe Shine Kit

This shoe shine kit is in amazing shape! It appears to be new or maybe only used once or twice as everything looks clean and the black bristles are just a tiny bent probably from being put in the box wrong. The white pads are a little discolored from age but will work perfectly! It’s Royal London brand. It does not include a manual and I did put batteries in it and it won’t turn on. It may be an easy fix or just finicky from sitting around.
