Return Policy

We are a small group of people who handle each item with care. We understand that despite our careful inspection of each item, sometimes items may still be damaged in shipping, or the item wasn't what you expected. We offer a 30 day limited return policy on most items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs when applicable. Refunds will be given when we receive the returned item.

Items that have been lost in transit must be handled with the carrier. To file a claim with UPS click here. To file a claim with USPS click here. Our goal is to make the customer satisfied with the transaction and to make the return process as easy as possible. 

         If your item was damaged please send photos and a brief description to If your item is not what you expected, please send a brief description of the issue and we will work to solve the problem quickly. 

Items that are non returnable;
  • Piercings 
  • Bedding/Pillows
  • Perishable Items
  • Some Medical Items (Each non returnable medical item will be stated as "non returnable" in the listing)
