This light fixture is gorgeous! It’s very MCM. It has a chain so it can hang nicely and be adjusted. I do not see any cracks or chips but there is a small piece towards the top that seems to be separated a little bit (please refer to photos). I believe it’s made out of a hard plastic and tin. It is in working condition and the bulb is included. There is a little tarnishing and white paint on the base of the cap that covers the wiring. The chain is 6ft long.
